Truly the best animation of 2005...

Alright here's some suggestions You clearly got the energy for it but a proper animation software will go a LONG way. Such as paint buckets that will fill the image, line smoothing, proper layers or tweens to allow for more movements. It'll save you a lot of time and headaches. Animate, Clip Studio, whatever works.

That being said, maybe you are going for a throwback to 2006? But there are still ways of doing it while still having a punch line/point (Jerry Jackson for instance)

If you're gonna have limited animation, it NEEDS to still have different shots or expressions. Otherwise you make a minute feel like an eternity.

Good job with the character animation, though the shot of Kakash's leg was hard to tell if it was his crotch or ass. Could be paced better though, some shots felt like they went on longer than it needed.

Ya gotta start somewhere. I remember watching this back in 2007 and thinking it was the funniest thing ever and way better animated than most things around. Time and perspective does funny things. Luckily Fiori got a LOT better with both the comedic timing and animation.

Not the best but considering I've seen a bunch of horrible music videos about dying dogs for my college classes, it could be worse I guess. It just could have used more clever visuals rather than relying so much on text, it's like a political cartoon, minus the Barrack Obama serpents.
